Efficient: Migration as a service

Companies do a lot of things themselves. Because they can, because they save on external costs. Databoat works with the client to determine exactly how and with which services the Migration Center Team can provide support:

• Definition of the standardized processes Creation of the migration concept in compliance with Databoat guidelines
• Control of the migration by project management at the client: at what point in time are which users and data migrated?
• Information of the users as well as the Databoat Migration Center team by project management
• Databoat handles the migration technically, at the desired pace and on the instructions of the project management.
• Scope and quality of the migration progress are documented. The data is available to the client via a dashboard.

Tailor-made: Concepts for migration and coexistence

Databoat works with the client to develop a migration and coexistence concept to measure. The coexistence environment implements Databoat directly or supports the company's internal specialists and departments. Special requirements are also taken into account and migration processes are safeguarded. The effort required for this depends on the complexity.

Professional: Rollout Management

Together with the project management, Databoat's Rollout Manager orchestrates the migration comprehensively. In doing so, he supports with specific tools and great experience. The users are instructed according to a proven scheme (T-process) and informed about the processes and their obligations to cooperate.

Motivating: teaching materials and change organization

Matched to the type of migration, Databoat provides end user adoption packages. This in the form of webinars or descriptions with illustrations and video sequences. These packages are prepared for use on the intranet, for learning systems or in the Help Center.

Databoat also provides consulting and support during the initial change organization and ongoing change development in the company.
